Klang Valley Flooring Contractor Guide is an independent directory that lists flooring contractors working in the Klang Valley region. Every listing draws on publicly available business information, and each score is calculated the same way for every contractor using a fixed rubric applied to all reviews pulled from Google. Listing your business here is free, and payment never affects your score or ranking. Correct your business details

If your business name, address, phone number, website, opening hours, or service list is wrong in your listing, we will fix it. Send us the correct information along with something we can verify it against, such as your website, Google Business Profile, or other public record. Once the correction is made, it stays in place even after our monthly data refresh cycle runs.

Dispute your score

Scores are never hand-edited. If you believe your score is wrong, you are claiming that the input data is incorrect. This means either your profile was matched to the wrong business, reviews were attributed to your listing by mistake, or a review summary does not accurately reflect what reviewers actually wrote. Send us the details of what is wrong, and we will re-check the sources and regenerate your listing. A dispute is not a request for a higher number; it is a report that the data feeding your score is faulty.

Request removal of your listing

We remove listings when a business has permanently closed, when two listings are duplicates of the same business, or when a listing falls outside the directory's scope. Our monthly re-verification also identifies and removes closed businesses automatically. If your business is active and genuinely in-scope, your request for removal may be declined, and you will receive a clear explanation of why.

How fast we respond

Every request you submit is acknowledged within 5 business days. Removals that are approved are processed within 7 days. If we decline your request, we will explain the reason plainly.
